Business and community support are key to a successful scholars program. Businesses and their representatives have the opportunity to provide support in multiple ways:
Individually:
- Giving PowerPoint presentations to middle and high school students
- Providing motivation and incentives to students, teachers, schools and school systems
- Serving as school, class, or student sponsors - providing consistent and timely communication to keep up student interest and motivation
- Offering tutoring and mentoring time to students along their scholastic journey
Corporately:
- Becoming a champion of the Kentucky Scholars Program
- Providing financial support for medals, prizes, diplomas, and other types of recognition
- Sponsoring a school, class of students or individuals as they make their way through the Kentucky Scholars Course of Study
